IT Data Steward Specialist CS
On this position you will act a partner with local/regional businesses and global data team to deliver innovations and improvements on data space; Represent data assets and data stewardship practice in the region and work across business lines and functional teams to enable enterprise data strategic programs and support local needs
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Partner with local/regional business and global data team to drive business processes and culture change to capture the business impact of data assets and deliver data solutions and improvements on data space
- Representing data assets/stewardship in the region, enabling the communication between Conosur CS business and Global IT Data teams, ensuring timely delivery and adoption of strategic programs and aligning the requirements for global solutions
- Be part of a local multi-functional and multi-businesses data stewardship team
- Contribute to define the global use cases that support regional business objectives and strategies and ensure asset products and roadmaps are aligned to deliver the necessary response to the region
- Participate on the global solutions design / development and deliver mapping/profiling efforts as needed for data integration and deliver insights solutions
- Enable to identify gaps in requirements based on business subject matter domain expertise
- Enable the data integration enablers efforts across the legacies, on an interim and target state approaches
- Keep the local business/market running managing/enhancing the regional data solutions along its life cycle
- Contribute to identify new kinds, types and sources of data to drive business innovation across the company and promote the data-driven culture, contributing to communicate the key decisions to be enabled in the region
- Leverage global solutions for data integration and data assets
Who you are
- ˜10 years of relevant experience on data space
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Spanish and English
- Has demonstrated critical domain and technical knowledge on data space and regional businesses that provides insight and authority to working groups
- Experience coordinating multiple programs across different functional organizations, and allocating 3rd party resources to insure continual engagement and evangelism of new features, services and models
- Experience on representing the region on global forums and enable global initiatives within the region
